TT The Artist is the rapper, artist, director whose work is an intersection of music, art, fashion, and film. Her bold and colorful visual storytelling is influenced by black cinema, sci fi, fantasy, dreams, and surrealism. As a director TT The Artist illuminates narratives that expand the representation of women of color, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ stories on screen.
Her Netflix critically acclaimed and award winning debut film, Dark City Beneath The Beat, a musical documentary about the rising Baltimore club music and dance culture, is being noted as a love letter to Baltimore that uplifts the narrative of a city overshadowed by drugs, trauma, and crime. With her eyes set on new heights, she was accepted into Paul Feig's Powderkeg Women Focused Director's Incubator Lab 2020. In the summer of 2021, TT The Artist was summoned by the grammy award winning recording artist Alicia Keys to direct Noted: Alicia Keys The Untold Stories, a four part doc series produced by Westbrook and Youtube Originals. TT The Artist joins a unique roster of emerging directors and writers under Color Creative, a media platform for women and minority filmmakers founded by Issa Rae and Deniese Davis.
Music
Rocking crowds with her fist pumping and high energy performances the self proclaimed Club Queen, has performed on national and global stages among artists such as Big Freedia, Peaches, Crystal Waters, Lil Uzi Vert, Teyana Taylor, Diplo and more. TT The Artist’s vocal influence is highly regarded and has been sampled in songs such as J Lo “Booty,” Iggy Azalea “Woke Up,” and Chloe Bailey “Have Mercy,” landing the “Club Queen” her first RIAA certified Gold Record.
As a producer and sound composer, TT The Artist aka “The Queen of Syncs’,” musical success in the television and the film sync world has secured her music placements on Lena Waithe's Twenties, Netflix’s originals Nappily Ever After, P Valley, and Issa Rae's HBO hit series Insecure and more. Stepping out of the recording studio and into the director’s chair, TT The Artist was selected as a shadow director for Insecure’s highly anticipated season 4.

As an active community artist for over a decade, TT The Artist launched Artistland Studios, a creative boutique agency that focuses on turning dreams into reality through intersectional media that amplifies diverse voices and promotes inclusivity across all platforms.
