Tt The Artist portrait now a part of Baltimore history thanks to community artist, Whitney Frazier, who was invited to organize, design and execute the 3rd large scale intersection mural in Baltimore. The painting took place on June 2nd on Pennsylvania Ave. and Presstman Street with over 25 volunteers. We completed the mural in under 7 hours. The theme references the history of Jazz on Penn Ave (where Billy Holiday sang) and the current local hip hop artists.
